Rent can be paid online through the My IMT Resident Portal, at an on-site Resident Kiosk, or in person at the leasing center. We accept e-check, check, money order, credit card, and debit card payments.

Yes, we provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service for all residents.

Most maintenance requests are completed within 48 hours, depending on the type of request and parts availability.

Secure package lockers are available, so residents can pick up deliveries anytime at their convenience.
